Mailbox Migration – What We Need To Know

There are too many variables to give a fixed cost however, note our Min cost is £75.00 per mailbox once the following questions below are answered, we can provide an accurate time estimate:

1: How many individual email accounts do you have?

An email like john@yourcompany.com is an individual account
2: Do you also have shared email accounts that multiple people use?

For example: finance@yourcompany.com could be a shared account that several people can access
3: How do you currently access your emails?

For example: Outlook Office 365, Mail App, Gmail, Webmail etc
4: How much storage space (in GB or gigabytes) does each email account use?

How much storage space does each email account use?
You can usually find this information in the settings or preferences of your email provider.
Please note: our most popular Option C ( Microsoft office 365 Exchange on line Plat 1 ) offers 50 GB and Messages up to £150 MB this is normally sufficient
5: We'll need to make some changes that will make your email temporarily unavailable for about 4 hours. Would you prefer for us to do this during your regular business hours, or would it be better to do it over the weekend?
6: To make these changes, we'll need access to your website settings. Do you manage this yourself, or does someone else, like a web designer or SEO company, handle it for you?
7: Can your current email provider give us a copy of all your emails in a format that we can easily move over, or will we need to manually collect this data from each email account?
8: Do you also want us to move your calendar appointments and contacts, or is it just the emails that need to be transferred?
9: Once we've moved everything to Office 365, would you like help setting up your email on your phones, computers, or other devices?
