We offer 5 email options. We are confident we will have something that will meet your requirements. Please choose from Z, A, B, C or D below.

Option Z = Zero cost per month

If you already have an email address you are happy to use, we can feature that on your website and/or printed material. This would normally be a free Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo email address. Alternatively, if you would like an email address that features your website domain name, eg andy@mynewdomain.co.uk, then take a look at options A to D below.

Option A

£1.50 +VAT /mo

Forward Only Email address(es): Price per month, per email address. No mailbox, but a professional email address to feature on your website and/or printed material. Email address uses your domain name, like andy@mynewdomain.co.uk and forwards to a 3rd party email address/mailbox such as Gmail or Hotmail for example andyabc123@yahoo.co.uk

£6.50 +VAT /mo

Office 365 Business Essentials: Price per month, per email address.

Option D

£11 +VAT /mo

Office 365 Premium: Price per month, per email address.

  • Latest Desktop Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • One software license supplied with each option D mailbox account covers 5 phones/tablets/PCs or Macs per user
  • 1 TB file storage
  • Onedrive
  • Easy set up on an unlimited number of PCs, smart phones and devices
  • Email addresses that are used as forwards (such as info@ or enquiries@) are free of charge
  • £25 one off data migration charge per mailbox1

Need help managing Office 365?

If you use Office 365 as your email provider, either through us or another provider, but are not confident of setting up and managing your email addresses and forwards, then let us do it for you. For a monthly fee of £20 +VAT per domain and for up to 5 email addresses, we will set up the accounts, purchase and assign licences for you, and help you setup your mailboxes on your devices.

How do I pay for email services?

Your payment for email services and Website hosting is paid to us via direct debit. We will be asking you for your bank account and sort code to set this up. Please note, if you pay us any of these instalments prior to us providing you with hosting services, this money will be taken off your final one-off bill for the creation of your website. (In other words, if for some reason the website build is delayed – your end or ours – and you have paid us for hosting when there is nothing to host, you will not lose out).

How do I access my webmail?

To access your webmail:

Type in: webmail.yourdomain.co.uk (replacing yourdomain.co.uk with your actual domain name), this will open your webmail log in page. Enter your username & password. Username = Your email address (the email account you are trying to view and/or send or receive from) Password = The email password supplied to you by us. If you have lost this please email us from a separate email account and we will send to you. We may ask you some security questions.

1 We will migrate your existing emails from your current mail server over to the new mail server, giving you peace of mind that no important emails will be lost after the move. 2 Our ‘Basic Email Service’ includes a 500MB mailbox. The mailboxes have a 10 email per hour sending limitation. This is to ensure that our customers are not using our mail-server to send out mass spam emails. We’ll be alerted to any email address that exceeds this limit and may need to contact you (the customer) to check for suspicious activity on the account. We do not recommend relying solely on webmail, and it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to backup emails regularly. We (Web Directions) cannot be held responsible for any loss of email, or any misconfiguration of email settings in 3rd party email client software or device such as Outlook, MacMail, mobile phones or tablets. We can, for a fee, help setup email on your computer or device, but we must be made aware of the specific device in advance. This fee is £15 per device if performed at our studio, or £25 per device + travel expenses, if you wish us to come to you. These are all one off costs. Alternately we can simply send you the codes and many of you will be able to set up your new email account on your device (normally tablet, PC or smartphone) yourselves. All prices listed on this website exclude VAT.
