How it works
For us to set up your new Business/Company Facebook page you will need to send over the username and password for your personal Facebook account. A business page is different to a personal page, and you must have a personal one set up first to allow you to then add a new business one. This is a rule set by Facebook. Whilst we work on the set up and branding of your company page, we will be joint administrators of your personal Facebook page. When this task is finished we recommend you change the password to your personal page.
Your personal and company pages are linked for admin purposes only, and your name and any other details from your personal page will not be visible on your company page. Facebook users will not be aware that the two pages are linked.
Once we have set up the company page including the ‘About Us’ information, we can then design the artwork for the cover photo (the large banner at the top), and the circular profile image (your logo). These two pieces of imagery will be sent to you to approve before we upload it to Facebook. You can upload yourself if you wish.
Please see examples below of our client’s social media platforms branded with their corporate identity. Using elements from your website including your logo, colours and imagery, keeps everything consistent meaning your brand is easily recognisable for your clients.
After your Facebook page is up and running, if you need a little extra help you can book in for social media training with one of the team here in our studio. An hour with us will save you time in the future and will ensure you are making the most of the free marketing platform. Training is charged at £50 +VAT per hour. When you are happy to go it alone we will remove ourselves as admin from your page, so you are the only admin and only you can manage and make posts on your Facebook page.
