Your clients will be able to book various services with you, or if you employ a team, select from your available employees. We can define which services each employee is qualified to provide.
We can establish standard working hours for you and your employees and set holidays when your service providers will be unavailable to take bookings.
Your customers will be able to pick a service, select you or another qualified employee to provide that service, choose the day they want to make their appointment and book an available timeslot. Once a booking has been made, you will receive an email listing the relevant booking information. Your client will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of their appointment and your contact details.
You can set the calendar to determine how far into the future you are prepared to take bookings, and can adjust your availability manually, adding bookings that have been made in person or by telephone and not via the website. As and when required, you can adjust the advertised details and prices for the services you offer.
